We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers, operations and sales team, along with assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. This position entails a wide variety of tasks and may include:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Preparing reports
  • Maintaining production and delivery systems.
  • Making meeting and appointment arrangements
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

This new position as TERRITORY Representative/Sales representative will consist of calling on potential clients and presenting our marketing packages, as well as seeking out and developing relationships with distributing partners. You will be responsible for maintaining sales records, conceptualizing and scheduling clients ads, and ongoing customer service.

We are currently accepting resumes for a Part time delivery driver for: St. Albert and Sturgeon County

We are looking for a reliable, outgoing person to perform Coffee News deliveries in the above communities. Each “route” is approximately 4-5 hours.  This position is ideal for retirees or stay at home parents with school aged children who can work within the required hours. Must own a reliable vehicle (preferably smaller) and be available Thursdays or Fridays from 10:30 AM – 4 PM. We offer a fuel surcharge to cover the price of gas.

Candidates must:

Have a class 5 Driver’s License.
Live or know the geographic area well.
Speak English
Provide a recent Driver’s abstract.
